Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you access or use CoDesk websites, applications, cloud services, and software.

Effective date: August 16, 2026Service operator: iHoree Ltd.
1

Agreement and scope

These Terms form an agreement between you and iHoree Ltd. and govern your use of the CoDesk websites, applications, software, cloud services, APIs, support, and related services. By accessing or using CoDesk, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use CoDesk for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and recovery methods, and promptly tell us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our breach. Organization administrators may manage accounts, devices, and data within their tenant.

3

Authorized remote access

You may connect to, view, control, monitor, or transfer data from a device only when you own it or have clear authorization from its owner and affected users. You are responsible for notices, consents, labor-law requirements, and policies applicable to remote support or monitoring. Never use CoDesk for covert surveillance or to bypass an operating-system permission or security control.

4

License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and any applicable order, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the CoDesk software for its intended purpose. CoDesk and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, documentation, and Services. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

5

Acceptable use

You must comply with law and must not misuse the Services.

  • Do not access devices or data without authorization, distribute malware, steal credentials, stalk, harass, defraud, or infringe rights.
  • Do not defeat access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, disrupt infrastructure, or impose unreasonable load.
  • Do not resell or provide a competing hosted service unless your plan or written agreement expressly permits it.
  • Do not remove legal notices, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or use the Services to violate sanctions or export-control laws.
  • Do not share remote-access IDs, passwords, keys, or session links with anyone who is not authorized.
6

Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Features, limits, prices, taxes, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in an order. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; access may continue through the paid period.

Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under that store's rules. For direct purchases, mandatory consumer rights apply and otherwise fees are non-refundable once the paid service period begins, except as stated at purchase or required by law. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

7

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in data and content you submit. You grant us only the rights needed to host, transmit, secure, and support that content and provide the Services. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, backups, and permissions for your content. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8

Self-hosted deployments

A self-hosted license may include separate order terms, usage limits, support levels, and update rights. You are responsible for hosting, configuration, certificates, backups, administrator access, security updates, and legal compliance of your deployment. You must not exceed licensed nodes, devices, users, or other limits.

9

Availability, changes, and beta features

We work to keep the Services reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, internet conditions, third-party platforms, and device restrictions may affect availability. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service. Preview or beta features may be changed or withdrawn and are provided for evaluation.

10

Third-party services

CoDesk may interoperate with app stores, payment providers, identity providers, networks, operating systems, RustDesk-compatible clients, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

11

Suspension and termination

You may stop using CoDesk and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, unlawful or abusive activity, risk to others, or a material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, licenses and access end; provisions that by nature should survive remain effective.

12

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available without implied warranties, and iHoree Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

13

Governing terms, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iHoree Ltd. is registered, without overriding mandatory protections available in your country. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice. We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons and will provide notice of material changes as required. Questions may be sent to the contact address shown on this page.
