File Transfer

CoDesk supports transferring files between the local and remote computers.

How to Transfer Files

1. Connect to the remote device
2. Click the File Transfer button in the toolbar (or select it when connecting)
3. A file manager will open showing both local (left) and remote (right) file systems
4. Navigate to the desired directories
5. Select files and click the arrow buttons to transfer

Features

• Drag & Drop: Drag files between the two panels
• Multiple files: Select multiple files for batch transfer
• Resume: Large file transfers can be resumed if interrupted
• Progress: Real-time progress bar for transfers

Tips

• Compress large folders into ZIP before transferring for better speed
• File transfer speed depends on your network bandwidth
• The connection uses end-to-end encryption, so transfers are secure
